Account Data and How It Is Used
VPNEP does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account or obtain a subscription. The account process handles your username, information needed to verify your password, and login credentials to identify your account, verify sign-ins, and manage access permissions.
Subscription management involves handling your plan selection, activation status, data usage, and order records to provide your subscription, check remaining data, and process refunds. If you submit a support ticket through the user panel, your description and any attachments you choose to provide help diagnose the issue. Do not include passwords, complete subscription links, or unrelated personal information.
What “No Activity Logs” Means
VPNEP does not log which websites users access through international routes, store browsing content, destination URLs, DNS query history, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Information processed in real time to establish a connection is used only for that connection and is not retained as connection history. Cumulative account data usage and subscription status are billing and service-delivery records; they do not include a list of visited websites and are not used to build browsing profiles.
Website analytics are handled separately from subscription routes. Page visits, referral sources, and button clicks on marketing pages may be used to assess content and user flows; analytics do not extend to external websites users access through the routes. Account verification, order, and support ticket records are not browsing logs.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or local storage to retain sign-in status, language preferences, and interface choices, reducing repeated verification. Website analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visit sessions and compile information about page usage.
These storage mechanisms are not used to read other files on your device. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings or clear this site's local storage. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again, and interface preferences may return to their defaults. Restricting relevant storage may affect normal use of the panel.
Payment Processing and Information Sharing
VPNEP supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and its own policy governs how it handles information. To verify orders, VPNEP processes order identifiers, amounts, payment status, and transaction results. VPNEP does not ask for the login password to a third-party payment account.
Information is shared only to the extent needed to deliver the service, verify payments, and respond to support requests. Where disclosure is legally required, only the legally required information is handled. This policy does not place the independent data practices of payment services or destination websites under VPNEP's control.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and support ticket records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. When the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, the data is deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a uniform retention period without a valid basis.
You can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. We need to verify that the requester controls the account before processing a request. Deletion may affect subscription delivery and future support. If records must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding transaction, we will explain the reason and scope of retention. Clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.
Policy Updates and Scope
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated month. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where consent is required, it will be obtained as applicable; a page update does not replace any required consent.
Services linked from this site are responsible for their own privacy policies. You can also review the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for details on subscriptions and transactions. If you have questions about this policy or data handling, submit a support ticket through the user panel.
